1. Place an order via this website.
2. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a detailed questionnaire. This form allows you to provide all the relevant information needed to personalize your map.
3. After you complete and submit the questionnaire, we will create a draft sketch of your map, which you will receive within two weeks. At this stage, you can request any edits or adjustments to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision.
4. The finalized high quality digital artwork files will be emailed to you two weeks of approving the draft sketch.
5. If you have ordered for a physical copy of your custom map, this will be mailed out to you at the same time the digital copies are sent to you. Postage may take up to 2 weeks to arrive and depends on location within Australia.

The questionnaire will guide you through providing details about each location you’d like featured on your map. To help make your map as meaningful as possible, we recommend identifying key locations in your journey before completing the form. If you don’t have photos of the locations, no problem—we can reference images from online sources.

You’ll also have the opportunity to include five mini illustrations, which can be personal touches like inside jokes, meaningful dates, or special memories that can be illustrated throughout the map. The more details you share, the more unique and sentimental your map will be.

We offer three map options to suit your needs:

• Stroll Map: Includes 5 locations
• Journey Map: Includes 7 locations
• Adventure Map: Includes 9 locations

Each map is thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of your relationship’s journey.

From the time you complete and submit the questionnaire, you can expect to receive the finalized digital artwork within four weeks.

This timeline includes the draft stage and any revisions you request.

If you have ordered a physical map, this will be mailed when the digital copy is emailed to you. Delivery times can take up to 2 weeks and dependant on delivery locations.

Yes you can, however, this option is currently only available for customers within Australia.

If you are an international customer please order the digital copy of the illustration. You will have the flexibility of printing it out yourself to any size and inserting into any frame of your choice.

Yes we can include pets in any of the locations, however the will need to be added as part of the mini illustrations within the questionaire.

At the moment you re unable to have illustrations of people included within this map. If you are able to provide details about the specific location, occasion or person we can try and creatively incorporate it within the illustration.

Yes of course you can get a custom map illustration for anyone and any journey.

If you get a digital illustration, the possibilities are endless.

You can go the traditional route and print out the illustration on good quality paper to be hung up and have a minimalistic feel.

You can buy a frame that matches the aesthetic of the room it will be hung in.

You can do more creative things like get it printed on a t-shirt, hoodie or tote bag.

You can even use the illustration as part of your wedding invitation.
